There’s something special about coming home to a well-cleaned house. It’s even more special when you didn’t have to do the cleaning yourself! But not all cleaning services are the same. They range from a regular clean to a deep clean. Depending on your needs and when the last time your home was deep cleaned, either cleaning service can be beneficial.
Here at Consider It Clean, we recommend a deep house cleaning at least once every 6 months. If you don’t know what the difference is between these two cleaning services, we have outlined them below.
- Regular House Cleaning: This cleaning service is more like what you would do to clean your home on a weekly basis. Usually it includes wiping down surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms and tidying up the home. This service should be done on a regular and frequent basis like once a week or every other week.
- Deep House Cleaning: This cleaning service includes the areas of your home that don’t usually get cleaned on a weekly or even monthly basis. Things that may be included in a deep house cleaning service include cleaning behind appliances, cleaning inside the stove and oven, wiping down baseboards and doors, and removing soap scum from showers and tubs.
It is very common to have a list of items that need to be deep cleaned, and by the time you reach the bottom of that list, it’s time to start back over at the top again. Give yourself a break and hire professional deep cleaners who can tackle your entire list of items in one cleaning appointment.
